Like the Wind - 32“ minimum to 44“ max expanding waist and 19“ long. With a vintage fabric that is lightweight and acts as of the old windbreaker material that once was the “IT” fabric. Can’t stress enough how fun it truly is. This special skirt has ribbon sewn at the bottom in two rows and nice fringe to set everything off perfectly. The flow of this skirt when walking is sure to catch eyes as it moves effortlessly. The green and black along side one another look so elegant and bold, somehow at the same time. What a beautiful skirt for sure.
